Terms and Conditions

Admission & Supervision

• Only children aged 3 to 13 are permitted in the indoor play area. Children under 3 are only permitted if they are with an older sibling and their parent or guardian has given permission.
• Each child’s entry into the park is subject to space availability at the time of registration.
• Parents or guardians must remain on the premises at all times and accept full responsibility for the children in their care. If they need to leave, even briefly, they must take all children under their care with them.
• Adults are not allowed in the play area unless granted permission by a staff member.

Safety & Behaviour

• he use of non-slip socks is mandatory. They do not have to be our brand. You can bring your own, but if you haven’t brought any, they are available for purchase at the reception.
• The use of belts, necklaces, earrings, glasses, watches, or other metallic objects is not recommended. It is advisable for children to wear trousers and long-sleeved shirts.
• Guardians must ensure that all children are physically fit to engage in activities without restrictions.
• Children who are ill, have recent injuries, or are recovering will not be admitted.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed at Adventure HQ Lda unless approved by management. All food and drink must be purchased on-site.
• All areas have clear signage and instructions, and visitors must follow the guidance of our staff and monitors.
• Intimidating, antisocial, or aggressive behaviour towards staff or customers may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

Health & Hygiene

• All visitors are encouraged to sanitise or wash their hands upon entering the premises.
• Parents/guardians must use the designated areas for nappy changing and dispose of nappies in appropriate bins.

Liability & Insurance

• Adventure HQ Lda is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings inside the premises. Visitors bring their belongings at their own risk.
• Personal items such as wallets, mobile phones, or valuables cannot be stored on-site.
• All children at Adventure HQ Lda are covered by a personal accident insurance policy (with a €60 deductible payable by the custo- mer) and liability insurance, which covers accidents caused by our equipment but not those resulting from misuse.
• In case of injuries or accidents, children will be assisted by Adventure HQ Lda staff, who will take all necessary measures based on the situation.

Emergency Procedures

• In case of emergency, all visitors must follow the staff's instructions for a safe evacuation.
• Minor injuries will be treated on site, serious injuries will be referred to the emergency services.

Operations & Facilities

• Any ban on the use of any equipment without prior notice is considered a safety measure, for maintenance or repair, and will not imply granting a discount or refund.
• Entry prices may change at any time without notice. Tickets purchased before a promotional offer cannot be refunded.
• Entry may be refused if maximum capacity is reached.
• In adverse weather conditions, the venue may close early or without notice.
• Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and Adventure HQ Lda is not responsible for any damage to parked cars.
• Animals are not allowed inside Adventure HQ Lda, except for assistance dogs.
• For security reasons, the park is equipped with an internal CCTV surveillance system.
• Photographs and/or videos may be taken within Adventure HQ Lda for management and promotional purposes. If permission is not granted, the child’s guardian must inform Adventure HQ Lda at the time of booking a birthday party or admitting the child.

Behaviour & Rule Compliance

• Repeated violations of the rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the venue.
• Parents/guardians may be held liable for any intentional damage caused by children.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the play areas.

Booking & Payment

• Reservations must be made by phone or in person and are subject to availability.
• All reservations must be paid in full before the event to guarantee the booking, with a minimum required amount of 15 children. Payment and reservation confirm that the customer has read and accepted these regulations.
• If the number of children attending exceeds the initial booking, additional charges will apply on the day of the party, including food costs.
• Adventure HQ Lda must be informed of the final number of children attending and chosen menu at least 4 days in advance.

Duration & Party Policies

• Each party reservation includes a designated area and lasts for 3 hours. Guests may stay in the venue before or after the party without time restrictions.
• The birthday cake is not included in our menus. The party organiser may bring their own cake (a liability waiver must be signed for health and food safety reasons).
• Adventure HQ Lda is not responsible for any lost or misplaced gifts.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If the party cannot take place on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, it may be cancelled or rescheduled.
• For cancellations, at least 30 days' notice is required for a full refund. Otherwise, the payment will not be refunded, but the party may be rescheduled within the next three weeks, subject to Adventure HQ Lda's availability.

Health & Safety

• Any food allergies or special dietary requirements must be communicated to Adventure HQ at least 10 days before the party.
• The responsibility for admitting, welcoming, and dismissing the invited children lies with the birthday child’s parents or the designa- ted party organiser. They may only leave after confirming that all children in their group are accompanied by their respective parents or guardians, who assume responsibility for supervision.

Special Events & Group Bookings

• Additional terms may apply to school visits and organised group bookings, such as specific adult-to-child ratios or signed responsibility agreements.
